As a service, the SRB information stand offers the free acceptance of small household electrical appliances (up to a maximum edge length of 30 cm), such as electric shavers, hair dryers, mixers, alarm clocks, as well as the acceptance of cell phones and CDs. Larger electrical appliances and electrical appliances with lithium-ion batteries must be handed in at the Diebesstieg waste disposal facility. In addition, the waste advisory service is also available to answer questions on waste disposal and avoidance and on the other areas of responsibility of the municipal waste management company.

• The information stand in Lebenstedt is on the first Thursday of every month, for the first time on June 6 from 2.00 to 5.00 p.m. in the pedestrian zone at the monument to the city's history In den Blumentriften.
