"The Little Dragon Coconut" comes to the Salzgitter City Library

On Wednesday, April 10, at 4 p.m., Ingo Siegner will be reading from his children's book "Der kleine Drache Kokosnuss - Aufregung in der Drachenschule" at the Salzgitter-Lebenstedt City Library.

"In class, Dr. Cauliflower discusses the extinct animal species on Dragon Island. When Coconut excitedly talks about the three-headed cave dragon that appears in his favorite pirate story, he is laughed at by the class. There is no such thing as a dragon with three heads in reality, says Dr. Cauliflower. Coconut is sad and angry at the same time, but then Oskar finds the pirate's dagger from Coconut's book at the bottom of the sea - so this pirate really did exist! And if the pirate did exist, then the three-headed dragon certainly did too ..."

"This quote shows the vivid imagination and spirit of adventure that make Ingo Siegner's books so popular with children and we are delighted to finally be able to welcome him back," says Barbara Henning, deputy head of the library.
