Art meets nature - free places for workshops

Making prints of plant leaves and flowers; creating pictures with dried natural materials; telling stories about your own experiences of nature and much more: there is an extensive accompanying program for children and adults around the Salon Salder exhibition, for which there are still places available.

Participants can become active in the workshops and find out about the art in the salon in advance.

Simply register and discover nature in a special way.

Workshops for children and young people: Sunday, October 13, 2 to 5 pm and Sunday, October 20, 11.15 am to 2 pm: "Everything about and with nature": Participants will create their own pictures using dried natural materials such as flowers and plants. Afterwards, human and natural forms that the children and young people have discovered in the exhibition will be worked out of modeling clay and can then be taken home.

Workshops for senior citizens and children: Saturday, October 26 and Sunday, October 27, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Under the title "Tell me something...", an intergenerational workshop for senior citizens and children aged 6 to 10 years will take place with art, movement and lots of stories. In this workshop, participants will be inspired to tell stories by the works of art in the exhibition and by their own experiences of nature. By telling these stories with words, texts and pictures, the participants get to know each other better.

Another special feature: guided tours of the exhibition are offered on request in addition to the regular dates. Registration is required (e-mail: stephanie.borrmannstadt.salzgitterde phone: 05341 8394613).

All the artists were present at the vernissage. The 180 guests were impressed by the diversity of the art.
