"Embroider Santa Claus boots": Who has never embroidered before and would like to give it a try? Participants will learn how to create a wintery St. Nicholas boot out of jute with needle and thread and how to create a beautiful St. Nicholas boot using simple embroidery techniques (e.g. satin stitch). The course takes place on Thursday, November 28, from 3 to 6 p.m., at the Volkshochschule Lebenstedt (Thiestraße 26a) and costs 22 euros. There are also material costs of around 28 euros.

"Embroidery for Christmas" (from 7 years): Handling an embroidery needle is exciting for children from primary school age. Embroidery is fun and at the same time promotes fine motor skills, concentration, patience and creativity! In the course, the children will independently embroider Christmas motifs such as a Christmas elf on plastic canvas using classic cross-stitch, which can then be presented on the Christmas tree or as a window picture at Christmas.

The course takes place on Saturday, November 30, from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Volkshochschule in Lebenstedt (Thiestraße 26a) and costs 43 euros. Please bring your own scissors and a drink. Other embroidery materials will be provided by the instructor.
