Participants will get to know the spectrum of yoga - from very slow and calm to powerful and dynamic.

The course takes place on Saturday, May 4, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Kniestedter Herrenhaus in Salzgitter-Bad (Braunschweiger Straße 137a) and costs 24 euros. A yoga mat should be brought along.
