When the books for the summer vacation have been read, it's time for the book trends in autumn. But which book should you choose?

Meike Buthmann, Sylvia Fiedler, Barbara Henning, Maren Landwehr and Dr. Henrik Stehlik have selected exceptional newly published books from the literary abundance and will present them on Tuesday, November 26, in the city library in Lebenstedt and on Thursday, November 28, in the library in Salzgitter Bad. The events will both begin at 6.30 pm.

With their inspiring reviews, the book-loving team aims to introduce new products on the market, point out promising books and thus provide plenty of reading material in the dark season. The spectrum of selected books ranges from family novels and love stories to non-fiction, suspense and curiosities.

As always, there will be a list of the titles discussed and other special works. All the books presented are in the Salzgitter City Library's collection and can be borrowed or pre-ordered.

The event will be supported by the Salzgitter Library Society, which traditionally provides a small buffet and drinks.

"Literary and Culinary" is an event format that has been a firm fixture in the library's calendar of events for 30 years. Cooperation partners are the Bibliotheksgesellschaft Salzgitter e.V. and the Volkshochschule of the city of Salzgitter.
