Yesterday, Thursday, August 22, the Presidium of the Lower Saxony State Parliament visited the city of Salzgitter as part of the "Presidium on Site" series of events.
First Mayor Stefan Klein welcomed the President of the State Parliament, Hanna Naber, and other members of the Presidium. The guests from Hanover then discussed current urban policy issues such as transformation, budget, immigration, education and climate protection with the council members present and Dr. Dirk Härdrich, Head of Social Affairs.
