Salzgitter

Premiere for two music school teachers

The Salzgitter Music School invites you to a special event: on Tuesday, October 22, at 7:30 p.m. in the Fürstensaal at Salder Castle, percussion teacher Ralf Heuer will be reading from his book "Vom Verschwinden und Ankommen" (On Disappearing and Arriving), supported by music school teacher Stefan Bolte on the double bass.

Ralf Heuer teaches drums.
Stefan Bolte will accompany the reading with music.

Ralf Heuer has been teaching at the Salzgitter music school since 2004. He studied drums and piano at the Hanover University of Music with a focus on jazz, rock and pop.

Stefan Bolte has been teaching double bass and electric bass at the music school since 2021.

About the content of the book: "A daydream, a small dog, a vegetable garden and the fear of a cloth that could shroud him in eternal darkness. This is what defines the life of thirty-two-year-old, melancholy Jonathan. When he decides to go on a journey and meets a young woman on the train ride, he begins a path of mysterious and threatening events that will only end far beyond his imagination."

Information: The reading with musical accompaniment will take place on Tuesday, October 22, at 7.30 pm in the Fürstensaal Schloss Salder (Museumsstraße 34). Admission is free.

Afterwards there will be drinks and the opportunity to talk to the author.
