Healthy cooking is always so time-consuming that people sometimes reach for packet soup or pop a frozen pizza in the oven: that's not true. In the "After-work cooking" course, participants will learn how to prepare healthy and, above all, tasty fresh dishes quickly and sustainably without artificial additives and flavor enhancers.

The course takes place on Wednesday, May 15, from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Kniestedter Herrenhaus in Salzgitter-Bad (Braunschweiger Straße 137a) and costs 25.60 euros. Participants should bring a tea towel, a sharp knife and containers for leftovers.
