The term "inner bastard" describes the allegory of weakness of will that prevents someone from carrying out unpleasant activities. In this course, participants learn how to turn their "inner bastard" into a helpful companion.

Contents: "The key to our potential - our beliefs"; "the key to our success"; "our motivation, our willpower"; "the "now or later" pleasure dilemma"; "the seven most successful willpower strategies" and "mentally anchoring goals".

The course "Invitation to happiness - mental training for your "inner bastard"" will take place on Saturday, June 15, from 10 am to 4.30 pm at the Kniestedter Herrenhaus in Salzgitter-Bad (Braunschweiger Straße 137a). The course costs 48 euros.
