The course covers everything from the impact of first impressions to the 101's of business etiquette and successful small talk. Participants learn how to present themselves and their employer in a positive light and how to establish and consolidate contacts with business partners. Intercultural competence also plays a role here. The exercises include role plays.

Information: The course "Business etiquette made easy" takes place on Saturday, June 1, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Kniestedter Herrenhaus in Salzgitter-Bad (Braunschweiger Straße 137a) and costs 42 euros.
