Professional clarification or avoidance of conflicts helps people in their everyday professional and private lives. Mediation uses a sensible structure to help work out different points of view and understand the underlying interests and motivation. With this gain in understanding, it becomes much easier to work out solutions in a consensus-oriented manner.
The course is aimed at anyone interested in improving their conflict competence. The basics of mediation, intervention methods from the fields of communication, psychology, group dynamics and organizational development are taught in theory and practice. Participants acquire the ability to act constructively and peacemaking in the family, with acquaintances/friends, with customers or with superiors and to offer mediation on a freelance basis.
