"Workshop Word tables": Word has a powerful table function. Whether joining cells together, converting text into a table or converting a table into text, inserting formulas to calculate a sum in a table. Use number formats, apply "optimum width" - all this is also possible in Word. You don't need a spreadsheet program for this.

The number of participants is limited to a maximum of five. The course takes place on Tuesday, April 2, from 6.30 to 9.30 p.m. at the Kniesteder Herrenhaus in Salzgitter-Bad (Braunschweiger Straße 137a) and costs 56 euros.

"WhatsApp - How modern cell phone communication works": Whether it's classic texting like SMS or e-mail or sending voice messages, video clips or pictures - WhatsApp is a communication tool that is used frequently. Even telephony and video calls work with WhatsApp. Participants will learn how to set up, operate and use WhatsApp effectively. The course takes place on Wednesdays, April 3 and April 10, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Volkshochschule Lebenstedt (Thiestraße 26a) and costs 20 euros.

Surviving in difficult times - thinking in solutions: Are you under pressure to perform professionally and/or privately and longing for physical and mental balance? In this seminar, participants will receive valuable tips on how to deal with the current challenges of our time more calmly and therefore more successfully. The focus is on "thinking in terms of solutions" and increasing individual resilience. The course will take place on Saturday, April 6, from 10 am to 4.30 pm at the Kniestedter Herrenhaus (Braunschweiger Straße 137a) and costs 48 euros.
