Sporty? Then perhaps the "Yoga and Dance" taster course is the right thing for you. Those who suffer from pain can get to know the course "Living more easily with pain through yoga". If you would like to feel and use your breath with yoga or try out laughter yoga, there are also courses on offer.

Creative? Those who prefer to be creative can also look forward to a watercolor painting course with an artist; origami Japanese paper folding art; the basics of digital photography or an advanced sewing course can be booked in August.

Linguistic? If you would like to try out a language for travel, work or private purposes, you can choose from a wide range of courses: Danish compact; Italian educational vacation; French to get to know or get to know Afrikaans in a taster course.
