In this course, the children will get to know and try out how to use a needle and thread.

On this creative journey, the children will learn how to transfer the embroidery motifs onto fabric and then fill in and decorate the motif using simple embroidery stitches such as satin stitch and back stitch. At the end of the course, participants can look forward to their autumnal embroidered fabric bags, pencil cases or wall hangings.

The course "Colorful embroidery through autumn" for children aged seven and over takes place on Saturday, October 5, from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Volkshochschule in Lebenstedt (Thiestraße 26a) and costs 43 euros.

What you need to bring: Scissors and a drink. The embroidery materials are provided by the instructor.
