Salzgitter

The updated guide "Growing older in Salzgitter" is now available

The Social Services and Senior Citizens Department of the City of Salzgitter has updated the popular information brochure "Growing older in Salzgitter", the guide for the older generation.

This is already the eighth edition of this popular brochure. Many Salzgitter residents always have it to hand and use it as an address book for the facilities that offer services for senior citizens in Salzgitter or as an information brochure for important information about getting older, such as events for senior citizens or - should the worst come to the worst - interesting information about what to consider in the event of a nursing case.

The 52-page paper edition not only provides senior citizens who have no affinity for the Internet with information and interesting facts about senior citizen-relevant facilities and important addresses in the city, but also about the extensive services offered by the city's social and senior citizens' department and the senior citizens' meeting places. There is also important and interesting information about care, charities and aid organizations.

The brochure was produced in collaboration between the senior citizens' office and the Ancos publishing house. It is available free of charge from the Senior Citizens' Office and the Care Support Center, Joachim-Campe-Straße 6-8, the town hall in Lebenstedt and the municipal senior citizens' meeting places and can be browsed virtually on the publisher's website at https://stadt-salzgitter-senioren.ancos-verlag.de/ (opens in a new tab).
