Ayurvedic nutrition differentiates between mental, emotional and physical effects. Participants learn which Ayurveda type they are and which foods are best suited to them.

Information: The "Ayurvedic Cuisine" course takes place on Tuesday, March 11, from 5 to 8.45 p.m. in the Kniestedter Herrenhaus (Braunschweiger Straße 137a) and costs 34 euros (food costs are included in the course fee). Please bring a sharp knife, a tea towel and containers for leftovers.
