Many people associate tortillas, tacos and chili con carne with Mexican cuisine. But what else is there? Participants will prepare easy-to-cook dishes using classic Mexican ingredients and spices. Participants will embark on a culinary adventure and enjoy the culinary delights of an intangible cultural heritage - Mexican cuisine is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Information: The new course "Mexican Cuisine Rediscovered - Fiesta of the Senses" will take place on Thursday, February 13, from 5:45 to 9:30 p.m. at the Kniestedter Herrenhaus (Braunschweiger Straße 137a) and costs 31 euros (food fees are included).

Please bring a tea towel, a sharp knife and containers for leftovers.
