The Bunte Sole Awards Ceremony
The “Bunte Sole” award recognizes outstanding dedication and everyday enthusiasm that strengthen community spirit and integration in Salzgitter. The award is given to individuals, groups, or organizations. An independent jury has selected the winners from among the nominations submitted by the public.
However, the recipient of the 2026 award will not be revealed until during the event itself.
The Event Schedule
Before the ceremonial presentation of the “Bunte Sole” takes place, visitors can look forward to a diverse program featuring entertainment, cabaret, music, and dance.
This year’s lineup includes, among others, comedian Abdelkarim: A native of Bielefeld who now calls Duisburg home, he is a well-known regular on TV (heute-show, Die Anstalt, Nuhr im Ersten, Let’s Dance, and many more) and captivates an audience of millions with his viral clips. He has received numerous awards, including the German Cabaret Award, the German Television Award, the Golden Camera, the Bavarian Cabaret Award, and the Jury Prize at the Wühlmäuse Cabaret Festival.
Also joining the lineup is singer Zeynep Avci. After her impressive performances on “The Voice of Germany”—which went viral and have already racked up over 28 million views on YouTube alone—she gained international recognition. She now regularly captivates large audiences in Germany as well with her powerful voice.
Also taking the stage that afternoon will be professional dancers Patricija and Alexandru Ionel. Known from the RTL show “Let’s Dance,” they captivate millions of viewers at home. As the 2022 world champions in show dancing, the two will now showcase their extraordinary skills live on stage at the Aula Fredenberg.
The Kwiatkowski Dance School in Salzgitter will present local dance artistry and rousing performances here.
