This course invites grandparents and parents to get moving together with their children (up to the age of 8) and grandchildren and experience valuable time together. In a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere, participants dance simple circle dances, move creatively to music and discover the joy of shared activity through a variety of games.

Children up to the age of 8 and their accompanying adults experience a colorful mixture of movement songs, small dance impulses and imaginative game ideas. Coordination, a sense of rhythm and body awareness are encouraged - in a playful way and without any pressure to perform.

The focus is on togetherness: laughing together, trying things out, interacting with each other and being active as a family. At the same time, there are lots of ideas for the home that can be easily integrated into everyday life and provide exercise and shared moments.

A course for all generations who want to dance, play and recharge their batteries together.

The course "Tanzt! We move generations - with children and grandchildren" starts in the Kniestedter Herrenhaus (Braunschweiger Straße 137a) on Saturday, May 16, and runs until June 20. The six Saturday sessions take place from 10 a.m. to 10.45 a.m. and cost 48 euros.

Please bring along: Comfortable clothing & non-slip socks or sneakers.
