In this parent-child cooking class, participants will work together to prepare imaginative vegetarian Halloween dishes using fresh ingredients. Vegetables, fruits, and other plant-based foods will be transformed into fun and “spooky” dishes.
As they chop, stir, and decorate together, children playfully discover new foods and learn basic cooking techniques. They’ll learn how fresh ingredients can be turned into healthy and delicious meals. At the same time, cooking together fosters independence, creativity, and a love of experimentation.
The course also offers ideas for everyday family life on how to prepare varied and balanced meals together. At the end, everyone will enjoy tasting the dishes they’ve created in a cozy setting.
