BasKIDball is a Germany-wide sports-related program that uses the sport and culture of basketball to bring young people together - regardless of origin, language, religion or family background. So far, this program is available in 23 cities.
In Salzgitter, it is implemented by the Youth in the Community team of the City of Salzgitter's Mobile Youth Work (JIG) in collaboration with a basketball coach.
Children and young people can simply drop by on the opening day (gymnasium of the Maria Montessori School, Storchenkamp 12, 38226 Salzgitter).
Important: You can bring your own sneakers for the hall. Alternatively, they can be rented on site.
