The Senior Citizens’ Office of the City of Salzgitter has invited Michael Blank, a former trainer and conflict manager with the state police, to lead his course “Confidence Through Self-Assertion” on Friday, September 11, and Friday, September 18, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. each day, in his course “Staying Safe Through Self-Assertion,” to show senior citizens how to stand up for themselves through the use of body language and voice, and how to defend themselves in an emergency.
