The aim is to find out the career aspirations and future plans of young people and, if necessary, to provide assistance in the search for an apprenticeship.

The survey was commissioned by a working group made up of educational institutions in the city of Salzgitter, the careers guidance advisor for the Salzgitter region, the Braunschweig-Goslar Employment Agency and the Partnerschaft für Lehrstellen e.V. (PfL) association.

The staff at PfL support all school leavers who provide their contact details on the questionnaire in finding an apprenticeship or measure that is appropriate to the young person's level.
