The Single Points of Contact help you

• if you want to start a business in Germany in the field of EU-DLR or
• if you wish to have your regulated professional qualification formally recognized.

The Single Points of Contact will provide you with information on:

• the application process and required documents,
• the competent authorities,
• costs, and
• the duration of the administrative process.

The One-Stop Contact Points also handle the electronic processing of administrative procedures on your behalf. They receive your application and forward it to the relevant authorities. This saves you from having to visit government offices.
The Single Point of Contact network consists of online portals and personal contact persons.
