If you have a driving instructor's license, you can extend it to include categories A, CE and DE.

• With category BE, you can work as a driving instructor for passenger cars. It entitles you to train the following categories:
  • B
  • BE
  • L
• With category A, you can work as a motorcycle driving instructor. It entitles you to teach the following classes:
  • AM
  • A1
  • A2
  • A
• With the CE category, you can work as a truck driving instructor. It entitles you to train the following classes:
  • C1
  • C1E
  • C
  • CE
  • T
• With the DE category, you can work as a bus driving instructor. It entitles you to train the following classes:
  • D1
  • D1E
  • D
  • DE

In order to extend your license, you must have held a category B driving license for at least 3 years and, depending on the driving instructor license you want, a category A2, CE or D driving license for at least 2 years.
