Bulky waste can be collected on fixed collection dates or upon request.

You can have bulky waste picked up:
- On a specific day.
- By notifying the appropriate agency:
“Please pick up the trash.”

Bulky waste includes:

• Furniture such as sofas, cabinets, tables, and chairs
• Upholstered furniture and mattresses
• Carpets and floor coverings (not permanently glued down)
• Bicycles
• Large household items such as ironing boards and clothes racks
• Children’s toys and strollers

The following are NOT considered bulky waste:

• Electrical appliances
• Construction waste
• Hazardous waste: Paints, varnishes, batteries, and used oil require special disposal.
• Garden waste and organic waste: branches, grass clippings, and soil
• Small items and loose trash
• Packaging: Cardboard, boxes, plastic packaging, and metal
• Household waste
