• If you wish to hold a gathering, you must notify the competent authority no later than 48 hours before the event is announced.

• Once the competent authority receives your notification, it will forward it to the local public order authority responsible for the assembly site, to the police, and, if necessary, to other relevant authorities. These authorities can then provide their input regarding the assembly you are planning.

• Cooperation meetings regarding the schedule and conduct of the gathering are regularly held in advance with the relevant authorities (police, public order offices).
