But every attempt to put a conventional stamp on her fails: as a German-Turkish woman, she is "too modern" for the old-fashioned, "too traditional" for the younger generation and "too emancipated" for men as an independent woman.
In her program, she also explains that it was a drama for her family that she did not become a typical Turkish woman. Her parents would have liked her to become a proper housewife and marry a Turkish man. Because she couldn't achieve all of this as a woman, she was always the black sheep of the family. All her experiences brought her extremely funny situations, which she tells on stage and laughs about."

The City of Salzgitter's Department for Integration is taking part in the nationwide Intercultural Week with the cabaret program "Drama Türkin 2.0." by and with Senay Duzcu. The cabaret artist was a guest in Salzgitter in 2025 and delighted the audience. Guests can look forward to a special sequel that once again tells stories from her life.
