She is regarded as one of the outstanding voices on the international blues scene. The temperament bundle with a "voice to kneel down to" will be accompanied by Jan Fischer's Blues Support.

She is considered one of the outstanding voices on the international blues scene: temperamental bundle and singer Jessy Martens had already managed to storm the stages of major festivals at home and abroad with her unique voice at the beginning of her career.

She is still on stage today with her very first formation. She is supported and accompanied by Hamburg blues pianist Jan Fischer. His sensitive yet energetic way of adding his own personal touch to a wide variety of styles makes him a congenial partner. He puts the singer in the limelight and shines with his own musical accents. Jessy Martens & Jan Fischer were awarded the Louis Armstrong Memorial Prize in 2012 and also the German Blues Award.

Expanded to a quartet, the backing is a well-rehearsed, fully acoustic line-up with Toddi Reed on saxophone and Björn Puls on drums, which the press has praised for its "musical brilliance, first-class sound, great sensitivity and virtuoso technique". In addition to their own songs, the band plays crisply arranged blues, boogie + swing, Ray Charles classics or a gripping version of Gershwin's Summertime.

Guests can look forward to a unique musical combination!
