Registration also in the afternoon

From October, parents, children, young people and professionals involved in parenting issues can also contact the psychological advice center for children, young people and parents in the afternoon.

In response to many requests to be able to reach the office in the afternoon, the office has extended its information and registration hours to Thursday afternoons.

In future, the main and branch offices (Lebenstedt and Salzgitter-Bad) will be open on Thursday afternoons from 2 pm to 6 pm.
Following the change in the registration procedure, staff will be able to offer a prompt appointment for an initial consultation after prior registration by telephone or in person. This eliminates the open consultation hours.

The following registration times for appointments will apply at the psychological counseling centers in Lebenstedt, Thiestraße 24, and in Salzgitter-Bad, Marktplatz 11, from October 1, 2018: The secretariats are available from Monday to Wednesday from 9 am to 1 pm and Thursday from 2 pm to 6 pm.
The office in Lebenstedt is also available on Fridays from 9 am to 12 noon.
