The contract is to be concluded on a trial basis for one year (01.05. to 30.09.) with the option of extension.

Written applications together with a concept/business plan can be sent to Bäder, Sport und Freizeit Salzgitter GmbH, Joachim-Campe-Straße 6 - 8, 38226 Salzgitter, by 30.11.2018.

The following minimum contents of the concept are expected:

• Location, space requirements and external design of the beach bar
• Design of the open space around the bar with seating
• Planned opening hours along with program/event offerings
• Intended range of food and drinks
• Temporary supply options (electricity, water)
• Temporary waste disposal facilities, sanitary facilities
• Target group and competition, marketing
• Own motivation and suitability
• Financial plan
