The sale of the plot is intended for the construction of apartments for age-appropriate living. The minimum bid is expected to be 441,392.49 euros. The house connection costs are included in the purchase price.

In addition to submitting a bid for the purchase price, a concept (including the number of apartments, apartment size) for the planned development and proof of financing must be submitted. The naming of any reference projects is welcome. The property must be completed no later than 3 years after the purchase of the plot.
