A maximum of ten vouchers can be used per purchase and cash payment is excluded. In addition, the purchase value must always be at least twice the value of the voucher, so if you want to redeem three vouchers, you must make a purchase for 30 euros.

The voucher cards have a perforation where the retailer cuts off part of the card when it is redeemed and keeps it for settlement.

Anyone who has not received a voucher can contact Wirtschafts- und Innovationsförderung Salzgitter GmbH to receive a replacement after verification.
