This course is all about sauces and their versatility. There are virtually no limits to your imagination. In any case, light and brown sauces as well as a red wine sauce and a cream sauce will be prepared. Together with side dishes, poultry and stir-fries, participants will be able to enjoy a multi-course meal.

Information: The "Sauce Happiness" course will take place on Wednesday, November 29, from 5.45 to 9.30 p.m. in the Kniestedter Herrenhaus in Salzgitter-Bad (Braunschweiger Straße 137a). The course costs 36 euros (food costs are included). Please bring a sharp knife, a tea towel and storage containers.
