The aim of the planning is to enable the legal planning requirements for the construction of a multimodal filling station with typical filling station facilities and buildings (e.g. car wash), energy and fuel generation facilities (e.g. hydrogen (H), electric €, liquid natural gas (LNG)), truck areas with sanitary facilities as well as a store and catering facilities. The aim of the planning is to establish a commercial area.
