Under the motto "Media literacy in focus", the focus is on current topics in media education, in particular the use of digital media, artificial intelligence (AI) and digital lesson design. From August 2024, the Medienzentrum will be offering free training courses led by experienced speakers.
These training courses will enable teachers to expand their teaching skills and enrich their lessons with innovative methods. Interested teaching staff are cordially invited to take part and develop their skills in the field of media education.

Topic: Classtime and Edumaps
These tools were purchased with Startklar funds from the state of Lower Saxony and are available to all teachers free of charge. In a practice-oriented session, the didactic added value of Edumaps will be explained, the various functions explored and practical applications for primary school lessons developed. Classtime is a web-based platform for competence-oriented learning progress checks, digital exams and collaborative exercises.
