In the lecture "Legal care - health care proxies - living wills" on Tuesday, January 14, at 6.30 p.m., the requirements and regulations of legal care will be explained. Participants will also learn more about making their own provisions by granting powers of attorney and drawing up a living will, as well as the differences and risks of various powers of attorney and advance directives.

The cooking course "Cooking for singles" is aimed at anyone who enjoys cooking or wants to learn how to cook and be in good company. It takes place on Saturday, January 18, at 5.15 p.m. in the Kniestedter Herrenhaus in Salzgitter-Bad. Participants will spend an entertaining evening together with other singles. Cooking is a great way to get to know each other, as it is well known that the kitchen is a great place to chat. Small and large delicacies are cooked and then eaten together in a cozy atmosphere.
Please bring a sharp knife, a tea towel and containers for leftovers.

You can learn a special Qigong exercise for the spine on Saturday, January 18, at 10 a.m. in the adult education center building in Lebenstedt. "The Swimming Dragon" is a challenging but effective Daoist spinal exercise. Participants will take a whole morning to practise it precisely and effectively. "The Swimming Dragon" promises fitness, beauty and well-being. The exercise moves and stretches the entire spine in all conceivable, physiologically harmonious ways. Wave, twist, snake and screw movements are used to naturally align all the vertebrae, release tension and strengthen the muscles. Advanced knowledge of Qigong is required for this course.
