Limitation of emissions of volatile organic compounds Display when transferring or storing petrol, fuel mixtures or raw petrol from installations not requiring a permit

Would you like to put a stationary facility for transferring or storing fuels—one that does not require a permit—into operation? If so, you must first notify the competent authority.

Description

Description

As the operator of a facility for the storage or transfer of petrol, fuel mixtures or raw petrol in tank farms or at filling stations, you must notify the competent authority before commissioning. The obligation to notify only applies to installations that do not require a permit under the Federal Immission Control Act. The competent authority will check the notification and record the installation in its register of installations.
