Description
As the lessor of agricultural land, you must notify the competent authority of the conclusion of a land lease agreement. As a lessee, you may also notify the competent authority of this.
If, upon review, the competent authority determines that the following conditions apply, it may object to and rescind the agricultural lease agreement:
- the land lease agreement leads to an unhealthy distribution of land, in particular a concentration of land,
- this results in uneconomical fragmentation, or
- the lease price is unreasonably high.
