It is not for nothing that this original pizza has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage List as a cultural asset worthy of protection. The traditional Neapolitan pizza is made in a small group of participants.
In addition to information such as flour science and dough production, you will also learn the secrets of topping and baking the pizzas.
All you need to bring to the cooking evening is a mixing bowl or dough bowl, a tea towel, disposable gloves, drinks (perhaps a red wine) and containers for leftovers.
