Conversation pro with the VHS

The Volkshochschule (VHS) of the city of Salzgitter has free places on its course "Leading difficult conversations confidently and negotiating successfully", which is recognized as educational leave.

Conflicts at work don't have to be if you know how to have difficult conversations.

Whether in the office or at home: challenging conversations or tricky negotiations are part of everyday life. Participants learn how to master these situations confidently, purposefully and constructively in the future - in every situation!

In this compact full-time training course, participants develop communication and negotiation skills that they can use in everyday life and at work.

What participants learn:

Recognize conflicts at an early stage, react appropriately and de-escalate.

Use professional conversation and negotiation techniques confidently.

Maintain control even in difficult situations and achieve goals - at work and in private relationships.
