The department has temporarily moved into rooms in the town hall at Joachim-Campe-Straße 6-8 in Lebenstedt. As of Monday, January 29, the staff can be contacted by telephone and electronically as well as in person during the usual office hours.
When entering the town hall, citizens who wish to visit the Family Services department must register at the information desk in the town hall in order to reach the staff.
Anyone who has made an appointment outside of open office hours should also register there so that their contact person in the department can pick them up.

Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays from 9 am to 12 pm, Thursdays from 2 pm to 6 pm. The department is closed on Wednesdays.
