Elisa (Susanne Kowol) and Theresa (Anne Schimmeyer / Ina Möller) are worried about their beloved Hotel EliThé. That's why Theresa has hired Laura (Sina Winkler), an influencer who posts almost constantly to her followers what she sees and experiences in the hotel, and it's amazing, dramatic, frightening.

Strange guests have arrived: Cléo (Kathrin Lipok), Stephan (Niklas Ott) and Dennis (Jake Möller) are a dubious film crew who secretly want to shoot a thriller. Klaus (Hans-Jürgen Andreseck / Peter Koths) is a criminal recently released from prison who, disguised as a simple hotel guest, is looking for the loot of a cellmate. Inspector Sarah (Joulia Meckoni) is supposed to be recovering on an enforced vacation, but she also sniffs out crime here at the hotel - although her nose isn't quite as good as she thinks it is - and Dr. Freudig (Bernward Ritter), her psychiatrist, is happy to give good advice to everyone he meets. Anna (Beate Andreseck / Elke Ferfers), the girl for everything at the Hotel EliThé, keeps her eyes open...
