Stress is a topical issue. But how can we strengthen our resilience and remain resilient despite stressful situations? People have very different coping strategies and reactions to stressors, which can be influenced by their personality, their experiences and their environment. The sensible, healthy handling of one's own stressors and thus the prevention of burnout is an important goal that requires different approaches. This training course teaches proven methods and techniques as well as practical strategies for actively dealing with stress and becoming more resilient based on your own needs.
This course is aimed at anyone who wants to strengthen their ability to cope with stress and become more resilient, both professionally and personally. No specific prerequisites are required. However, openness to new approaches and a willingness to self-reflect are an advantage.
Contents include, for example Basics of resilience: what is resilience and why is it important; recognizing and understanding stress: Identifying stressors and their impact on the body and mind; Active stress management: proven methods and techniques for coping with stress, including relaxation exercises, time management and cognitive strategies; Self-care: the importance of self-care and how to integrate it into everyday life; Building resilience: practical steps to become more resilient to stress in the long term and promote personal growth.

The educational vacation "Burn is out! - Ways to more resilience through active stress management takes place in Bispingen / OT Hützel from Monday, October 7 to Friday, October 11 (from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and costs 195 euros.

The course can also be booked as a one-week intensive course by interested parties who do not wish to take educational leave (please specify when registering). In this case, registration is possible until shortly before the start of the course.
