Under the guidance of certified hiking guide Regina Girelli, the walk takes around two hours at a moderate pace through a variety of woodland areas from Lichtenberg. There are short breaks along the way. During these breaks, specific exercises are carried out to promote mobility, strength and relaxation.

The meeting point is at the Lebenstedt senior citizens' meeting point, from where the senior citizens' bus will take you to Lichtenberg.
