Relax with Bodyscan on Saturday, March 18, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Volkshochschule in Salzgitter-Bad (Kniestedter Herrenhaus, Braunschweigische Straße 137a). The course costs 16.80 euros.

Bodyscan is a relaxation technique that focuses attention on different areas of the body. Participants train their perception and mindfulness. Tension can be released and pain relieved.

Information:

For the course: wear comfortable clothing; bring a blanket, a towel, a small cushion and thick socks.
