New VHS course: "Pilates with Props"

The Volkshochschule (VHS) of the city of Salzgitter has free places in its new beginners' course "Pilates with Props", which starts on February 26.

This course combines classic Pilates on the mat with small equipment. Rollers, Magic Circle, balls, Thera-bands and other equipment are used. No previous experience is necessary.

Information: The new beginners' course "Pilates with Props" starts on Wednesday, February 26, and runs until April 2 (from 6.30 to 7.30 pm). The six dates at the Volkshochschule Lebenstedt (Thiestraße 26a) cost 40.80 euros.

You will need to bring a yoga or Pilates mat.

Registration is required. The registration deadline is February 18.
