On this morning, various Qigong exercises are practiced and deepened. Targeted breathing exercises are integrated into the harmoniously flowing Qigong exercises to strengthen the life force. Various meditation exercises are also practiced. Concentrating on the body, breathing and meditation exercises mobilizes inner resources and contributes effectively to relaxation of body and mind.
No previous knowledge is required. Participants should bring a mat, a cushion, comfortable clothing, light shoes and a drink.
Information: The course "Qigong & more at Salzgittersee" will take place on Saturday, May 14, from 10 am to 1 pm, on the island at Salzgittersee. The course costs 16.80 euros.
