Today, many people suffer from stress, which is often reflected in discomfort or organic illnesses. Where is the way out of the stress spiral? In this training course, participants learn how to deal with professional and everyday stress in a healthy way.
The following topics are covered, among others
- typical symptoms and manifestations of stress
- stress triggers
- Effects of stress on the body and stress-relevant brain physiological processes
- Stress and risk factors
- The connection between stress and living and working conditions
- Acquiring resources to deal with stress correctly
- Methods of coping with stress, in particular mindfulness, in order to strengthen the ability to take responsibility for one's own health behavior
Information: The educational leave "Mindful at work and in everyday life" will take place from Monday, January 15 to Friday, January 19, from 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. at the Volkshochschule Lebenstedt (Thiestraße 26a). The registration deadline for working people who would like to use their entitlement to educational leave: 11.12.2023
Please bring along: Mat, comfortable clothing and warm socks for the practical part.
